CAF T1

The CAF T1 is an easy to install module that will make available a 24V power point on a 12V system. Most trucks at some stage needs to hookup with 24V wired trailers and or drive 24V loads/devices like hydraulic pumps or tail lifts.

Low end converters/inverters are not capable to reliably sustain a high load for an extended time making this module the preferred option.

It can deliver up to 20Amps and are fused with a self resetting trip. Output is also limited by the capabilities of the vehicle alternator fitted. Can be fitted by any one with basic electrical knowledge.

Its usage is intended to, but not limited to, charging an extra battery used to provide the 24V power point. Are robust, reliable and uses proven technology with no complicated electronics. The extra 12V battery can be omitted but power will only be available while the engine is running and output will be limited to the maximum module output.
